Impress Your Guests with "Posh–Panache" Catering
Panache has provided services in Jacksonville and surrounding communities since 1985. Panache is Licensed, Insured, and Maintains a Grade “A” Sanitation Rating Assigned by Onslow County Health Department.
It has been said that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Whether or not that’s true has yet to be confirmed; but, Bill Smith, who hales from New York City, where he began his thirty-plus year passion for cooking, happens to think so. Bill also happens to be the Executive Chef at Panache. His broad experience in American and various ethnic dishes, along with his sophisticated eye, enables Panache to continue producing tastefully elegant hors d’oeuvres and meals . . . breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Panache caters to our own Carriage House, to other facilities in the area, and to homes, shops and offices. Tell us the type of event you will be hosting and we will assist in developing a menu to enhance the occasion. The greatest number of guests for whom Panache has prepared was Buffet Service for 900, serving a Holiday Meal. The greatest variety of foods prepared was for International Night Under the Stars, held at Camp Johnson, for which we have provided 5 selections for each of five different countries ... and thus far, we have been privileged to provide service for this Annual Event three years running.
At Panache, you don’t compete with other guests for service. If you have confirmed a weekday, farewell Italian luncheon or dinner buffet for a party of 25 to 75, to begin at a specific time, your service will begin at that time. If you will be “roasting” or “toasting,” your guest-of-honor, we can have a microphone available for your use.

We provide everything needed for catering: linens, glassware, china, flatware, crystal, chocolate fountain, punch fountain, stem-ware for serving red and white wine, frosted mugs for serving beer, traditional toasting glasses for serving champagne, silk arrangements (table centerpieces), etc.
